This guide explains what each main screen does and when to use it.

Recommended flow

Main navigation

Dashboard / Live Monitor

What you find:

  • current queue status
  • KPIs (in queue, on site, average wait)
  • trend chart
  • real-time event feed
  • outflow/admission controls

When to use:

  • during launches or traffic spikes

Queue > Settings

What you find:

  • activation mode
  • queue thresholds
  • admission rate (outflow)
  • session/token settings
  • bypass rules

When to use:

  • before an event, to define queue policy

Queue > Events History

What you find:

  • history of previous queue events
  • basic performance comparison

When to use:

  • after events for performance review

Waiting Room > Customize

What you find:

  • visual waiting room editor
  • texts, branding, styles
  • visitor-facing experience configuration

When to use:

  • before each campaign or branding update

Waiting Room > Preview

What you find:

  • final experience preview
  • quick links to related settings

When to use:

  • QA before publishing waiting room changes

Bot Protection

What you find:
